APlink AP detection kit is based on the well-known conventional three-step method that utilizes Biotin-

Streptavidin-AP (Alkaline Phosphatase) technology to provide superior sensitivity and fast results.  The

system contains optimized and stabilized Streptavidin-AP and biotinylated secondary antibody.  The second

antibody is conjugated with biotin to its maximum extent with high binding affinity to produce accurate and

reliable immunohistostaining results.

Depending on the primary antibodies used, GBI offers APlink AP broad spectrum, APlink AP Mouse kit and

APlink AP Rabbit kit in ready-to-use format.

Customers may choose kits with Fast-Red or AP-Red+ according to the table or choose preferred chromogen

on GBI Catalog page 29
