Polink DS-MR kit is designed to simultaneously detect two different antigens at different locations

within the same tissue section. It utilizes proprietary high sensitivity polymer-HRP and polymer-AP

technology. The primary antibodies may be rabbit and mouse.

Comparing to conventional double staining methods, Polink DS-MR kit dramatically reduces

the staining steps from 14 steps to 4 steps. Polink DS-MR kit overcomes the cross-reactions

due to insufficient blocking of conventional sequential Biotin-Strepativdin/Alkaline Phosphatase

double staining method.

We offer two different formats for double staining:  Polymer-HRP x Mouse with polymer-AP x Rabbit

and polymer-HRP x Rabbit with polymer-AP x Mouse.  Refer to the following table to choose double

staining with brown color and red color (DAB + Fast Red) or red color and purple color (AEC + BCIP/NBT).

 Polink DS-MM kit and Polink DS-RR kit is designed to detect two different antigens at different locations

staining steps from 14 steps to 7 steps. Polink DS kit overcomes the cross-reactions due to insufficient

blocking of sequential Biotin-Strepativdin/Alkaline Phosphatase double staining method.
