AP detection kit is based on the first generation of
non-biotin polymeric-Alk Phosphatase
technology. This
system yields a high signal to noise ratio and eliminates any
background that may be
caused by endogenous biotin. It offers
quicker turn around time than the biotin-streptavidin detection
system. It is designed to use with mouse, rabbit, goat,
or rat antibody to detect antigen on tissue or
cell
smears.
