HRP DAB Detection kit is based on a non-biotin polymeric-peroxidase
technology.
Polink-1 HRP is the first generation of polymer
technology that offers quicker turn around
time than the biotin-streptavidin
detection system. This system yields a high signal to noise
ratio
and eliminates any background that may be caused by
endogenous biotin. It is designed to use
with mouse, rabbit,
goat, or rat antibody to detect antigen on tissue or cell
smears. Customers
may use the following table to find desired
polymer-HRP kit to work with specific antibody and
tissue. All
detection system is provided in Ready-To-Use format. Refer to

system.
