Polink-2
Plus AP detection kit is an ultra sensitive polymer-based
detection system. It uses
new conjugation technology and
antibody enhancer to improve upon the existing 2-step polymer
systems. The performance of Polink-2 Plus AP system is 2-4 times
stronger without a noticeable
increase in background noise.
Additional advantages of Polink-2 Plus AP include:
1. Enhancing signal for rabbit primary antibodies
including rabbit monoclonal antibodies.
2. Single
species detection capacity
Since it is an ultra sensitive system, users may need to further
dilute the concentration of primary
antibodies if switching from
conventional three-step, Polink-1 or Polink-2 detection
method.
No
chromogen is provided in the kit. Refer to GBI Catalog page 29
to choose BCIP/NBT, Fast Red
or AP-Red+ kit.
