I.  Polink-1 HRP  detection system:

* Choose this system to avoid endogenous biotin non-specific background. It offers quicker turn around time by one incubation.  

* Choose Polink-1 HRP DAB kit for DAB staining. 

* Choose Polink-1 HRP AEC kit for AEC staining. 

II. Polink-1 AP detection system

One step polymer-AP detection system (1st generation of polymer technology, biotin-free)

III. Polink DS double stain system:

* Offers two polymerized 2nd antibody enzyme conjugates to detect two antigen simultaneously or sequentially.

Two step polymer-HRP detection system (2nd generation of polymer technology, biotin-free).  More sensitive than one step polymer system.

* Choose it for higher  sensitivity to work with difficult antibodies.   Only broad spectrum is available.

* Choose appropriate polymer for DAB or for AEC stain.

V. Polink-2  AP detection system:

Two-step polymer-AP detection system (2nd generation of polymer technology, biotin-free).  More sensitive than one step polymer system.

Ultra sensitive two-step polymer-HRP detection system (3rd generation of polymer technology, biotin-free).
