SPlink
HRP detection kit uses improved biotin-streptavidin-HRP
technology to provide superior
sensitivity and fast results.
This system contains optimized and stabilized Streptavidin-HRP
and
biotinylated
secondary antibody.
The second antibody is conjugated with biotin to its maximum
extent with high binding affinity to
produce accurate and reliable immunohistostaining results.
Simplified Streptavidin HRP kits are 100x concentrated kits
containing 2 components, biotinlated-2nd antibody
and streptavidin-HRP (Cat. No.: D30-1 & D31-1). It requires a
simple dilution. Chromogen and blocking
reagent are not
provided in the concentrated kit. Choose blocking buffer on
page 32 (Cat. No. E07-xxx).
