Polink-1 HRP Detection Kit (One Step Polymer-HRP Detection Kit)

Polink-1 HRP Detection kit bases on a non-biotin polymeric-peroxidase technology.  This system yields a high

signal to noise ratio and minimizes any background that may be caused by endogenous biotin. It is designed

to use with user supplied mouse antibody or rabbit antibody to detect target antigen on human tissue or cell

samples.   Specimen can be frozen or paraffin  - embedded tissues, and freshly prepared monolayer cell

smears.

The Polylink-1 HRP detection reagent is supplied prediluted in a convenient dropper bottle. No mixing or tittering

of polymer reagent is necessary to obtain optimal tissue section staining. Chromogen/Substrate reagents

require simple dilution.  

The ready-to-use reagent along with fewer steps in the staining procedure saves time with superior intensity

Polink-1 AP Detection Kit (One Step Polymer-Alkaline Phosphotase Detection Kit)

Polink-1 AP detection kit contains a high sensitivity polymeric-alkaline phosphatased conjugated secondary

antibody and chromogen Fast-Red. It is used for immunohistochemistry staining on formalin-fixed paraffin

embedded tissue section, frozen section and cell smears.

Since it contains no biotin and avidin, this detection kit overcomes the background issue caused by endogenous

biotin and yields high signal to noise ratio. The Polylink-1 AP detection reagents are supplied prediluted in a

Polink DS kit (Polymer Double Staining Detection Kit)

GBI Polink DS kit is designed to simultaneous detection of two different antigens at different locations within

the same tissue section. It utilizes proprietary high sensitivity poly-HRP and poly-AP technology. The primary

antibodies may be rabbit and mouse primary antibodies, which are supplied by the users.

Comparing to conventional double staining methods, Polink DS kit can dramatically reduce the staining steps

and greatly save turnaround time.  In addition to these advantages, Polink DS kit overcomes the cross-reactions

due to insufficient blocking of conventional sequential Biotin-Strepativdin/Alkaline Phosphotase double staining

method.

The kit contains fast-red and DAB chromogen. Presences of brown and red colored precipitate at the target

location are the indicator of positive reactions. Since fast-red is alcohol soluble, do not dehydrate. See below

Polink-2 detection kit (2^nd Generation Polymer-HRP and Polymer-AP, Two-Step Detection Kit)

Polink-2 detection kit is the second generation polymer-based detection system that uses proprietary polymer helper and polymeric HRP-linked secondary antibody conjugates to get high sensitivity and consistent immunostaining on human FFPE section, frozen section and cell smears.

This technology provides excellent sensitivity and high specificity. It is a biotin-free system, therefore, overcomes the non-specific staining caused by streptavidin/biotin system due to endogenous biotin.  Since it has higher sensitivity than other conventional methods, the users might need to further dilute the concentration of primary antibodies if switching from conventional three-step or Polink-1 detection method. SPlink Detection Kit (Biotin-Streptavidin- HRP Detection Kt):

GBI SPlink HRP detection kit bases on the well-known conventional three-step method that utilizes Biotin-

Streptavidin technology to provide superior sensitivity and fast results. It contains optimized and stabilized

ready-to-use reagents to produce accurate and reliable immunohistostaining results on human routine paraffin

section, frozen section or cell smears. Depending on the primary antibodies used, GBI offers SPlink HRP broad

spectrum (for mouse and rabbit primary antibodies, Cat No.D01-xxx and D04-xxx), SPlink HRP Mouse kit (for

mouse primary antibody, Cat.: D02-xxx and D05-xxx) and SPlink HRP Rabbit kit (for rabbit primary antibody,
