GB-Mount (Aqueous Non-fluorescing Mounting Media)
GB-Mount is an aqueous mounting media for use
with frozen section, immunoperoxidase and immuno-
fluorescent procedures. It is compatible to
use with AEC, AP-Red, and AP-Blue which are soluble in
alcohol and organic solvents. When appropriate
filters used, GB-Mount will not show any fluorescence
background and so will not interfere with the
assay results. Besides, there is no risk of quenching
fluorescent emission. GB-Mount is supplied in
15 ml dropper bottle.

O-Mount (Organic-based)
O-Mount is designed as a routine cover slipping mounting media
for organic insoluble chromogens,
such as DAB and BCIP/NBT. It also works well for routine H & E
staining. O-Mount is soluble in both
xylene and toluene. O-Mount is supplied in a 15 ml glass
bottle. A dropper is provided for user’s
convenience.

Simpo-Mount (Water based)
Simpo-Mount is water-based permanent mounting medium for
immunohistology. It is used for the
permanent preservation of the following compatible
substrates. Simply apply drops of Simpo-Mount
on the tissue section a liquid polymer coverslip will form.
It does not requst coverslip. This
universal mounting media maintains the original stain
intensity and characteristics. It demonstrates
excellent optical clarity.

Klear Mount
Klear Mount
medium is designed for permanent preservation of
immunohistochemical organic insoluble
chromogen
substrates such as diaminobenzidine (DAB), Vega Red, New Fuchsin,
and any other organic
solvent
compatible chromogen substrates on the tissue sections. It is a
universal mounting medium and
has excellent
optical quality.
Klear Mount
medium contains no toluene, xylene, benzene or petroleum
pollutants and it is considered
environmental
friendly. It is non-toxic, non-flammable and compatible with
xylene, toluene, and HemoDe
(limonene), and
with all common xylene substitutes of petroleum origin. It
produces permanently mounted
specimens.
