Trypsin                           

Trypsin may be used for enzyme digestion of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues, and will improve the

signal of certain antigens. The kit contains 15 mL of trypsin concentrate and 80 mL of diluent. It requires simple

dilution prior apply on the tissue section.

Pepsin                             

Pepsin is used for the enzyme digestion of paraffin-embedded, formalin-fixed tissues prior to staining of certain

antigens by immunohistochemical methods. The pepsin solution is provided in one single stabilized solution

and ready to use.

PreBlock (10% Normal Goat Serum)

This reagent is supplied in ready-to-use format. It is used prior to primary antibody incubation to block

non-specific binding.

Avidin/Biotin Block kit

Avidin/Biotin Block kit is used to block endogenous biotin or biotin-binding activity in tissue sections.

It contains 15 mL each of Avidin and Biotin solutions.

Antibody Diluent          

Antibody Diluent is formulated to dilute concentrated primary antibodies for use in immunohistochemical

staining procedures. It is color coded ready-to-use reagent containing protein stabilizer and preservative.

Isotype Control for mouse primary antibody              

This is a non-immunoglobulin that used as negative isotype control on the sample tissue in the same way as

mouse primary antibody to indicate if any non-specific staining occurs. The reagent is provided as 15ml

ready-to-use format.

Isotype Control for rabbit primary antibody                

This is a non-immunoglobulin that used as negative isotype control on the sample tissue in the same way

as rabbit primary antibody to indicate if any non-specific staining occurs. The reagent is provided as 15ml
